I’m representing an English company, DLT International, with completed projects in England, Morocco, Turkey and Spain.
I have plots to sell inside a large luxury Condominium Resort in front of beach located in north east Brazil, just 20 minutes from the largest cargo airport of Latin America, the international Airport of São Gonçalo do Amarante that is being built for the 2014 FIFA’s Brazil World Cup.
Brazil is already known as one of the best countries for land investment due to our fast economy growing, housing supply deficit, increasing tourism and many other factors.
So we have a high interest rate of the plots, about 30% year and good long term perspectives with the World Cup and the finish of the Airport in 2014, the Brazil Olympics Games in 2016 and mainly, the big touristic attention the beach, Muriú, attracts due to its natural beauties.
It’s also located in the sunniest state in Brazil, Rio Grande do Norte.
